Story:
In another of my famous fits of boredom, I decided to write some tutorials. I don't remember when it was, nor do I particularly care to. ;) What I produced was one work which is semi useful and one work which is pure crap. Oh well.
The document on editing fonts in a hex editor is actually kinda useful. It was more useful before Klarth and some other people upstaged me. Oh well.
The document on the IPS file format.. well.. it was half assed. I realized it. I asked Lord Tech and he told me it sucked ass. So I never released it aside from posting portions of it in response to questions on message boards... But now, you too can own a copy of Neil's little known IPS file format text file which was rated "suck ass" by Lord Tech himself! Ah, the things I put on my page to fill space.

Editing Fonts Without the Aid of a Graphics Editor

They're both dead. There are better documents for graphics formats. The IPS format is scribbled on the walls of most mens rooms by now, so that one's pretty useless too.
